Guangzhou Huadu Leathergoods Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001 and is located in Guangzhou city with convenient transportation.
Our factory occupies an area of more than 20,000 square meters.
We are an ISO9001, BSCI and GRS certificated professional OEM/ODM manufacturer for a wide variety of leather goods including ladies’ bags, men’s bags, duffle bags, computer bags, wallets, and small leather goods.
The number of our employees has reached over 800 people.

How Does It Work?
Step 1: Receive & Review techpack from the clients (1-2 days)
A tech pack is frequently used as a first step and a helpful tool in establishing all of the measurements and information. It helps our sample makers understand the design better. After we receive the designs from the customer, we will start to work right away.
STEP 2: CREAT PAPER PATTERN (1-2 DAYS)
Pattern makers will make the paper pattern according to drawings..
STEP 3: MOCKUP COMMUNICATION (1-2 DAYS)
You can see the construction/shape of the bag is doing good or not and make sure the outcome is what you want. we will start the prototype after your comments on a mockup
STEP 4: PROTOTYPE(7-10 DAYS)
We will turn your design ideas into fantastic products! (include source and inspect all the materials)
STEP 5: BULK PRODUCTION (35-45 DAYS)
Following production approval, we will double-check the paper pattern and sample to ensure that everything can be produced correctly. Our skillful workers have rich experience in making different types of bags. Each Production Process matters！
STEP 6: QUALITY CONTROL
We have strict internal 5-step quality control mainly for 4 parts, materials, inline, pre-final, and final, Inline check-ups mean those pre-process like cut-panels, edge painting, embroidery, the hardware placed, accessories… For more details, we will provide a detailed production schedule to the customer and ensure every requirement is met.
STEP 7: PACKAGE & SHIPPING
As we know different customers have different packing requirements, we will 100% follow the packing guidelines we receive.
